Great Stuff Spray Foam

Does anyone know if this stuff will melt expanded polystyrene insulation, styrofoam insulation?

It will not melt it! I used great stuff all over my eco block styrofoam home to seal anything before we poured concrete in the walls. It works great!

Try an experimental area first....that stuff EXPANDS...a LOT!

Yes, and it expands a lot quickly. But be aware after the initial expansion it will continue to slowly to expand more. You need to compensate and leave for this.
