I have an 04 Gulf Stream sun voyager. For some reason when I flip the radio switch it thinks ignition is on. The fans by windshield will come on. Jack panel button flashes and the step operates with the door. This happens on shore power with key off. If I flip radios switch to travel position the steps work properly, the fans don't come on and the jacks don't flash. My jacks will only operate with key off

Any help will be most appreciated

I have a dash switch that powers the radio through the ignition switch, allowing normal control with chassis batteries. When parked, I can switch the radio over to house batteries and don't need to have ignition switch on 'ACC' position. I'm guessing that's what your radio switch is supposed to do. It sounds like your switch is cross-connecting the house and chassis batteries in the circuits you've mentioned. You might be able to test it by turning the battery disconnect switches off and see if it changes the way the fans and jack panel are powered.

Did you do anything in the area of the dash that might have caused the condition?

More info needed. Did it just start doing this out of the blue? Was there some work done and then the issue appeared? Or is there some other issue that might have caused it ie; accident or short or lightening strike etc?

Just noticed it the last couple of weeks. I think my rocker switch on the dash is bad as when I have Key on the radio will work in travel or park position. It didn't used to do that. This is the third motorhome I've had and then other 2 if key was on the radio wouldn't work unless the switch was in travel position.

Any ideas where I can find a switch?

If you pull the old one out, it will perhaps have numbers on it to help identify it. Carling is one big name in the switch industry. You could also remove the switch and take a photo against a plain background, then do a Google Image search to find a match.
