The fact it used to burp tells me the vent is clogged I've never seen one burp, it must have been partially blocked for quite awhile

Then You can fill the grey tank in the shower with a garden hose. It's the lowest of the drains. When the shower starts to flood stop the hose(obviously) you should get foam first from soap. Drive around a bit then drain the tank. Should clear up anything in there and get a solid drain because tank is full.
Also if you know how to adjust your sensors. You can during this point as well.
Then you know your tank is full.

Would not work in my coach, the bathroom sink drains to the black tank. We found that out the day we picked it up and were sanitizing the Fresh Water System. We were draining the tank and did not like hearing the water running in the kitchen sink so we decided to just run it down the bathroom sink with the gray tank valve open to the campground sewer connection. After a while we had water overflowing the toilet onto the bathroom carpet. What a mess. Needless to say not all bathroom sinks drain to the gray tank. I don't remember why we did not use the bathtub for the drain/flush procedure.

Now the tank dont do that. Even though i cant hear anything else draining it don't "burp or gurgle". The monitor keeps reading either 33 or 66% full.
Any idea??? Air in the tank or what

In my opinion, "gurgle" and "burp" are two different things. You have the same 2019 Fleetwood I have, and I, sometimes get a "sucking air sound" when draining the grey tank towards the end of draining.
It's just like draining a bath tub, at first water just runs down the drain, then after the water gets lower, it starts swirling around the drain and eventually, when the water gets low enough, the swirling action starts sucking air as the water passes down the drain. Same thing is happening in your grey tank and that action can be affected by the pitch of the coach where it's parked. Any side or end of the coach being slightly higher or lower wll affect this action. The real question is: Why is the swirl always clockwise. Is it counter clockwise in the southern hemisphere? Ever tried to reverse the swirl?
A tank that burps is sucking air back against the flow of the water. Just take a water bottle and turn it upside down. The air is being burped against theflow of water as the water runs out. I think in a grey tank, it would suck air down a trap before "burping" the drain.

One other point I have noticed, usually my tank indicator always goes to empty when drained. On our last trip out, we had 3 days with rain and I raised the front of the coach 1/2* to run the rain off the rear end. After that the grey tank always indicated it was at 33% when drained. Don't have any idea how much water was actually left in the tank due to the tilt, but was enough to activate the 33% indicator.
To better drain the tanks, it also helps to have the right side slightly higher than the left since the drains are on the left side of the coach.
You may have an issue your sensors, or just be "out of level" slightly.

I was "level" when we first got here and had the problem. Raised the front end about 1-1/2 inches for water run off on the toppers and still have the problem.
Thinking i might disconnect the drain hose just to see if its lack of air or something with sewer drain

Are you absolutely certain that your tank has not emptied? Those of us who suspect the sensors have no way of knowing unless you can confirm the tank still has 1/3-2/3 grey water remaining.

That’s why I said to empty the tank, disconnect the hose and pour a gal or so in the shower. If it comes through then the tank was empty and it’s just a sensor.
