Try to get a part number off the fitting and source a replacement. Get a small screwdriver and poke the seal at the 4" diameter. If soft it is an elastomer seal of some sort and can be removed and replaced. The key is can the fitting be replaced, and if so can you source another offset fitting similar?
Too much fun, huh?

This might be what you need to cut out the old fitting. Had to use a smaller one when replacing a toilet flange in my coach and it worked great.

You would probably need to use a Dremel to remove the bulk of the broken insert, so you can center the pipe cutter.

Never saw that pipe cutter. Neat tool. Without having that, I would use a right angle grinder and cut the majority of the broken fitting out. Then get a hole saw (if I didn't have the right one to begin with) and wrap some course sandpaper belt around it with a piece of duct tape on one end. Use a drill to sand the inside of the rough fittings smooth until the right diameter then exists. You can sand / inspect / sand / inspect so you don't go too far in any one place. The larger diameter hole saw, the more perfect the circle will be (like 3 1/2" or the largest you have).

If that happened to my rig I would Make every effort to switch the gray water discharge to 4”. All my previous rigs had 4” gray discharge and now I have 1 1/2”. Really sucks when trying to flush out the black water in the hose.
Rant over.
