Gulfstream Engine Fraud

In 2016 purchased 2008 Gulfstream Tourmaster from a dealer in California was advertized to have Cummins ISL 425 engine. Drove it to RV Park where it has been parked ever since. Getting ready to go on first trip discovered blown freeze plug. Removed radiators to get at the engine only to discover ISC 360 a problematic engine with a history of corrosion issues. The 2008 Gulfstream Brochure shows all 2008 Tourmasters having the larger engine, can I sue Gulfstream? I am sure the dealer will say "see you in court" I am 75 years old don't think I have time for court.

Nope. The vehicles with the "wrong" engine were apparently sold at a discount and even the original purchaser could not complain about it.

Someone probably ordered it that way. At the very least, the original owner bought it that way. The manufacturer would have no liability. The dealer would be the only one you could possibly go after. If you have paperwork stating it was to have that motor. If nothing listed, I would say you are on your own.
