The 2008 Gulfstream Brochure shows all 2008 Tourmasters having the larger engine, can I sue Gulfstream? I am sure the dealer will say "see you in court" I am 75 years old don't think I have time for court.

Someone probably ordered it that way. At the very least, the original owner bought it that way. The manufacturer would have no liability. The dealer would be the only one you could possibly go after. If you have paperwork stating it was to have that motor. If nothing listed, I would say you are on your own.
