Handling issues
anyone have a fix for front end sway on a 2018 Baystar 3406 ? I did the cheep handling fix and Sumo springs on all 4 corners. Also added a roadmaster rear sway bar. It all helped some, but still not satisfied. !8 whheler still pushing me when passing. Even smaller trucks.

I can speak to the general handling qualities, INCLUDING directional stability. I tried a few things on my 34 footer. I gave up on it when I realized that the wheelbase was too short and the rear overhang too long. I finally ordered one with a 276 inch wheelbase and short rear overhang and the correct spring rate all around. I love driving it, and 7 hours on the road does not tire me. If I were you I would add ballast to the front, and add a couple of degrees of positive caster.

You can keep spending money on it, but with minimal improvements. The fact that there are so many aftermarket parts for the F53 chassis says a lot. It's really just the nature of the beast with that chassis.
You can either keep spending money on it, or go diesel. After 2 seasons driving our gas class A, we chose diesel and haven't looked back.

Have you checked the rear sway bar bushings and bolts? To this day Ford hasn't figured out how to mount the holding straps so they don't fall out and the bushings get chewed up. It is not a difficult fix to do.

Typically, the first thing that should be added is a rear track bar. It locks the rear end to the frame, so the back of the coach isn't moving around, which will limit the front moving around.

If semis are pushing you around, a rear track bar should improve that.
Also, as Cloud Dancer mentioned, have an alignment shop max out your positive caster adjustment. This will settle down the constant steering adjustments. I had this done to my truck and it drives on rails now.
Provosts passing me at +15mph don't even budge me.

Rear track bar.
Worked on my 30' ACE and 36' Miramar, both F53's.
Video of my ACE:

I’d have to agree with some of the other posts. We added a rear super steer trac bar to our 3722 Canyon Star and it made a very noticeable change to sway. A lot more dramatic than the sumo springs. Plus install isn’t so bad to do yourself.

Two things will improve and all but eliminate your issue!
First: Install a Saf-T-Plus steering stabilizer. It will stop the constant steering input from you as the Driver. Also, a tip given me, focus about 200-300- yds. down the road, and you won't be moving the steering wheel as much.
Second: Install an Ultra-Trac rear track bar. This will significantly reduce the sway & lean of the coach. And make it more pleasurable to drive!
An added item: KONI shocks make a big difference in the up/down movements of the coach, dur to the great damping characteristics of the Koni shocks!
These changes should make a BIG improvement in the drivability, as well as ride in your coach!
Good Luck!
