Has anyone had Jayco install vent/louver/grill on generator door?

I am looking to see who might have had Jayco install a vent (or grill or louvers) in the generator door in an attempt fix the issue with the Cummins Onan 5500 overheating and shut down issue? (Mine is a '17 31UL). I was at Factory Service this summer and saw them doing it to another owners 31UL - so I know they were attempting a fix to the issue with increased ventilation. If anyone has had this done by Jayco I would appreciate hearing back (either post-reply or PM)

Also somewhere I read that Onan had a similar "fix" with a louvered vent, air-scoop, and fuel line insulation (to prevent vapor-lock), but after searching various forums I'm unable to find a reliable source for this information (you know how it is when you read something on the road and can't seem to find it again when you get home?). So if you had this done on your 5500, I'd appreciate the heads-up.

Maybe give Jayco a call and see if they'll make one and ship it to you. It never hurts to ask. If it's really been a big issue, maybe you get a free one!
