I would like to see what CoachNet does when this guy breaks down on the lake and calls for a tow.

This one's kind-a the opposite of your item but, along similar lines. We ran into this in a campground on a trip last year.

Terra Wind, been around for years but I don't think they've sold any. When it was first announced it didn't have the outside pontoons, they ended up having to add outboard pontoons to stabilize it in the water, that took up the storage bays.

Must be have been built for an aging James Bond who is retiring.
I can see the forum thread on this one: Anyone know why I am seeing rust on my frame rails?
Someone spent a lot of time and money on getting this to work (even barely). Not sure why...

I would tell everyone we have a Land Yacht.
That is the best way to deal with water travel.
I would never consider purchasing the Floating RV.
TOO Top heavy and that is bad Combination on water.

There's a video of it in action here:
The Rollerboat Turns Any Motorhome Into A Houseboat
The motor home drive train powers it through rollers in the deck, and it steers from the wheel. 35 mph on the speedo (enough to engage cruise) gets you 10 mph on the water.
Stopping probably takes a while, unless you throw it into reverse.

Even fresh water lakes ...
If that coach is like mine, the front electrical bay would be under water.

Actually, the land yacht is the "new" concept. This thing has been around for millennia, under the guise of a "boat".
Slap a Winnebago on a scow and it's STILL a boat!
