We reupholstered the headliner in our coach. What we did is we removed the headliner from the coach to repair a leak and some wood rot. We used the old one as a pattern and cut a new one. I then took it to a boat reupholster, I picked the fabric and he did the work. Frankly if I felt like handling it I could have easily cut the fabric and covered it with ease.

I'm guessing your headliner is fine it just needs to be covered. Not hard to recover if you do it yourself.
