Have 2006 discovery with electric heat or propane, when the electric heat kicks on the fan rattles like it is stuck then starts running just fine. What could be wrong?

It could have a mud dobber nest that has broken loose and rattles until the cage reaches a speed that will hold it against the cage, is it making a noise or viberating sound after it gets up to speed.
