I have a 1998 Southwind that continually sounds the alarm that the levelers are still down...which is contrary to the physical evidence. The reservior is full. I did notice a few times that the right rear leveler had oil around the base. I have to drive at least 5 miles before the alarm shuts off. Also when I turn to the left it will shut off for a little and then will resume. After another few miles it will shut off. Any ideas for this novice would greatly be appreciated.

First welcome to IRV2! The fluid around the jack is not normal most likely you have lost a seal. You probably have a bad sensor. I in no way shape or form can advise you any further. However, there are many talented individuals that will chime in with a wealth of experience, give it a couple if hours.

You did not say who the manufacture of the jacks was. My gut feeling, Clayobx is correct with his answer. If the jacks are HWH you could call them at 800-321-3494. Good luck and report back when you solve your problem as we all learn from each other.
