If you have fuel, it should have injector pulse as the crankshaft signal is generated by the distributor. Which means that it should also have a pulse to run the coil.
Like above, look in the distributor for a broken rotor, be sure its turning with the engine, and check to coil.
It could be a ignition module .The module drives the coil, and has a circuit that handsoff the crankshaft signal to the PCM to create injector pulse
The rig only has the one coil , so it also comes into question.
Might be time for a mechanic to look at it for ya
