Help choosing an RV for ~100k

I'm planning to lease it and I don't know very many models as this is my first RV.

The one I'm currently look at is the 2016 COACHMEN MIRADA 35BH.

Yes I need it to sleep a lot so that's why I picked a BH.
So far this one looks great but I never experienced an RV so I don't know the
things that are missing or to look for.
The one thing I don't like is the 2nd bathroom because I think the money could be spent in other places. Is there a 1 bathroom floor-plan in another coach?

You need to do a little more homework. Most coaches only come with one bathroom and there are too many floor plans to list. I assume you have a few people that need a place to sleep and not the fact that you need to take a lot of naps.

I fail to see the mistake in my grammar. I guess I could've said, " Yes, I need it to be able to sleep a lot of people", but honestly it should be common sense. I know most coaches only have 1 bathroom, but most coaches on the market are for 150k+. I need one that is around 100k, has 1 bathroom so that that money can be put into somewhere else on the coach. I don't know how good of a build quality the Mirada is at that price point, so I would feel much better if it's close to the same floorplan but with 1 bathroom but with better build quality. Don't want cut corners on the whole RV just so that 2nd bathroom is there.

Have you considered used so someone else takes the initial hit and works out the bugs? A lot more bang for your buck.

Why do you think a manufacturer would spend money in other places in lieu of the 2nd BR? Wouldn't they charge less for the RV? IMHO, with so many people sleeping in the RV, a 2nd BR may be a blessing.

Can you actually lease one? I can't imagine what the payments would be as the 3-year depreciation is going to be gangbusters....

My recommendation is NOT spend $100k (or lease for 3-years) until you've rented a few and KNOW what you want. There are lots of options at $100k - and you can realize someone elses depreciation, get a great RV....

Yes you can, I was actually going to make a thread about that and ask how bad the payments are when leasing. Leasing a used RV would probably be better but I'm still deciding on all of this.

I've never heard of leasing a new RV.. Certainly not a used RV. Leases are designed to cover the depreciation of something new.

If you mean rent, sure, you can rent. Typical rental rate for what you're looking for is $150+/day. You read that right.

Are you only "leasing" for a short time? That might make sense...

Maybe you can tell us what you're trying to do and for how long and we'll help you?
