Good luck. You’re just going to get a random list of parts that fit in larger DP’s.
Have you considered browsing through a catalog from Sauer Danfoss or other hydraulic parts suppliers for components that may actually fit in your rig?
You’re taking a “needle in a haystack” approach when there are much more efficient methods available.

If it's in this thread, I certainly did miss it. Looking forward to your solution.

Post #6 and #11 I spoke about the doghouse built to only allow cooler air to pass through the radiator..
Exhaust wrap was used to help keep the heat down.
Radiator pipes were relocated.
Other things were done too.

Your pic's did help, and if I may, tweak your design.
In your drawing, you are getting your fresh air from under the MH, and I think you should have gone the other way, UP! If you draw your fresh air from the top of the MH, it will not have the engine heat mixed in. I know what you are going to say, you are getting the air from away from the engine, but, you are also limited with the size of the intake because of ground clearance! By going from the top, you will eliminate any engine heat, and can increase the intake size to push more fresh air through the radiator!
The box around your motor needs ventilation, period! You need to get that hot air out from around the motor! You can do this from underneath, a scoop to force the air up in the motor compartment, and then baffles to direct the air out, under the back bottom side! By doing this, and drawing the cooling air for your radiator from the top, you will be separating the two, and should help your cooling tremendously!
The hyd. fan system on my Monaco is huge, the fan and shroud are at least 8"s thick, if not more? Do you have that kind of room?
I still think, you can move enough air through your radiator with electric fans,
if you put the scoop on the roof, and draw fresh air from up there, and force it down through the radiator with a duct setup, and a motor driven fan, and maybe some additional electric fans on the outside of your stack, behind the grill, sucking the hot air out!
I would also incorporate a electric fan in the motor compartment to help get the hot air out of your box that you have around the motor!
Just some thoughts, use if you will, free for the taking! Rail!

Hi Tony,
Looks like a great project.
With your overheating issue: I assume, that word again, that you have checked the engine, tstats, waterpump, belts hoses etc.
It looks as though youhave the largest rad that will fit in the hole. I note that you have researched the btu output of the engine. So what is the btu rating on the rad at what CFM and ambient temperature. This will give you an idea of where your problem lies.
My next thought is could you put a remote radiator in the front of the coach? This would give you a ram effect while moving and an electric fan when required.
Just my nickels worth.
Best of luck.
God Bless
Jeff

Thanks.
I have lots of room in depth. Sadly, the width is limited.
FYI - I have lots of updates planned as soon as the snow is gone and the weather is nice enough to work outside.
But for now, to be able to get it all done within my deadline, so I can use this coach in June;
I need to have more info on the different Hydraulic Fan SIZES used in DP coaches with Hydraulic cooling fans!!!
That is what would be most helpful
I'll keep everyone posted once I start testing everything.

Thank you Jeff.
There is a lot of different things going on with the design of this coach.
That is one of the reason why I have been waiting, maybe not so patiently all the time, on getting the results of the different CFD testing. Grin
I have broken each issue down to a more manageable task and I do have a plan once the snow is gone and it is warm enough to work outside.
Right now I am looking for FAN SIZES of DPs with Hydraulic Cooling Fans!
That is what would be most helpful.
The people working the parts counter don't usually want to help with stuff like this.
They want to know; year, make, model, and what size and type engine you have or even the part number.
However, Once I find one or two fans that I think might work for my situation, I can ask for that info from the DP owner and then contact the parts place to make sure and even order it. GRIN
IF ONLY I could spend more time on that and be able to check that task off my list.
Thanks again for your input.
Sincerely, Tony

UPDATE.
I was able to get the information that I asked for and needed.
Thanks, to some helpful souls, in the Monaco group, who were willing to take the time to answer my questions..
I have since sent an email with a parts list to a vendor and I'm waiting to hear back on availability, cost and time frame to ship.
Tony

Hi Tony
I wish I could help. I believe that I met you on a corvair forum or 2. Both road and water corvairs are long gone here....best of luck in your quest!

This is a side radiator for an Alpine coach. It cools a 400HP Cummins ISL using a hydraulic motor mounted on a fan shroud. The fan is about 24" in diameter I would estimate. RVPIONEER already gave you a part # for the motor. I suspect to have just the radiator custom built would be in the $4000 range.

Hello Sam,
Yes we met years ago online. I hope all is well.
I sold my real nice Wayne 100 a couple years ago to help fund my Ultravan projects.
I gave the other one away for a small donation to my friend for storing it for me.
Take Care,
Tony

One other place you might want to check is the industrial equipment, I have a Bobcat S570 skid steer that has a hydraulic cooling fan on it, the coolers are stacked behind the back window and it has a single fan to cool it all, The fan is run off the pilot circuit of the hydraulics and I think it runs on 400 psi and the lines too it are small so not a huge flow motor.
You can see the parts of it at Bobcats website just search S570 in the part catalog, Just another thought for you, Good Luck!

Bluebird Wonderlodge motorhomes with Detroit Diesel rear engines use hydrolic fan clutches. They are available from Detroit parts dealers. Mine had a Detroit 6v92 turbo engine and had to have hyd clutch replaced. Hope this helps you.

Thank you. Do you happen to know the SIZE of the fan and maybe the radiator?
That is what I'm after and is key for me..
