Help ID slide motor please

The Bed slide would not work (it is retracted now).

Barely able to wiggle around and under the bed.

I can manually move the slide with a socket wrench.
I can hear the motor running when the button is pressed in either direction.

I open the motor case and out pops half of a plastic gear

The gear was under the middle gear and connects the motor (far left tiny gear) to another gear under the gear on the far right.

Who makes this motor? Can I get parts? Since it was under other gears, can I replace it or do I have to order a complete motor?

Sorry for the short text. The site kept locking up and I had to keep starting over. Anyways, access is part of the problem. The motor is close to the exterior wall. It is over the drive and tag axle so no access from below. Removing the plywood under the mattress does not gain access. There is only a 1' strip of plywood that can be removed under the mattress but that still puts me 3' from the motor. I think I can reduce this distance by manually running the slide out but that WILL close off the side access I currently have (unless I eat something and then I will be unable to get under the bed. Good thing I am not afraid of confined spaces and trust my spouse not to press any buttons).

Who makes the bed frame? Did you look in your owners case for information on this?

It very well could be a Lippert system. Here's there web site. Parts are usually pretty easy to get.

An update post for future searchers...

99% sure it is a Lippert based on a pix comparison. However(1), mine has a right angle adapter on it which only comes up on Tuson products but the Tuscon case appears different. The sticker on mine was helpful as Lippert only makes a 18:1 and 28:1 in that matching appearance (uses same case). My sticker says 18:1 so that helps.

Found a replacement gear kit. However(2) the gear tooth count is off. The plastic gear has a diameter of 2 1/4 which matches replacement part. The small gear (which is attached to the larger, broken piece) has 25 teeth (site says 24 teeth) and the larger (plastic) gear has 76 teeth (cant find a reference). The metal gear for the 18:1 has a diameter of 2 1/4 (2 1/2 for the 28:1) and a tooth count of 53. Since mine is still on the coach, I can only guess via my pixs. The gear set should arrive on the 30th so we shall see. 045-19072 or 014-19072 are the part numbers depending on the vendor and some identify it as a Venture gear set.

FIXED.

Manually ran the slide all the way out and I was able to access the motor. I removed the two bolts attaching the motor to the right angle adapter and the motor was able to slide apart. There is a pin on the driveshaft that fell out as I separated the two motor pieces. Now the large metal gear was able to be removed. With that removed, the remains of the broken gear was able to be removed. I used generous amounts of lithium grease as I re-assembled the gears.

Make sure the new large metal gear pin hole aligns with the right angle adapter so you wont have to bump the switch until it aligns after re-assembly. I needed to use a hammer to install the new driveshaft pin as it was a tight fit. I also needed to use a rubber mallet to reconnect the motor to the right angle adapter. Once on, I can twist the motor to align the two bolt holes for securing. I lubed all of the rollers, racks, etc. and it works better than ever.

OBTW the plastic gear teeth count on every parts site I researched is not correct. The plastic gear has 25 and 76 teeth. The metal has 53.

Nice work. Pat yourself on the back. If it were easy, anybody could do it.
