Help identify a part on HWH Hydraulic Pump AP2260

I am really struggling to identify a part on my HWH Hydraulic pump. I have been researching it for a week and I finally found a diagram that I can match to the actual pump I have. The pump is AP2260 w/ assembly AP24456.

The diagram of the pump is here: https://imgur.com/a/mEqdefe and the part I'm trying to identify is circled in red. I cannot for the life of me determine which of the two assembly relay parts that is, and I would DEEPLY appreciate any help in id'ing it.

I have been plagued with a pump failure that is either due to that part, or the entire pump itself. I thought I'd start at the less expensive option.

First off, Welcome to IRV2!

There should be a label on the side of the solenoid to tell you what part number it is. The master solenoid will be a continuous duty type and the motor solenoid will be an intermittent type. Here is a document with some troubleshooting tips and part numbers for the two solenoids on our pump. The layout of the unit is different, but the functions are still the same.

The other thing you can check is the cable to ground from the pump motor. A common problem is a poor ground causing intermittent or non functioning.

The part you circled looks like a 12V solenoid. It's the same type item used on a starter motor and serves the same function. I have taken them apart on a starter, cleaned the contacts and put back together. Don't know if these can be taken apart or not.

If you're needing detail part numbers, you'll need the brand and model number of the pump.

First, accurately identify your HWH model.Once we know that we may proceed. I bought dump-trailer solenoids to replace my failing OEM solenoids, but yours may have a different mounting configuration.

Before anything else, take a picture of your existing wiring and hose configurations.
You may add a picture to your post by clicking the "go advanced" button, then selecting " manage attachments" in the menu below the typing box. This uploads a picture from your computer to irv2.com.

I had a solenoid fail for the pump. When I went to get a new one they told me to buy both since the other seems to fail shortly after the first one. You can check to see if it is the solenoid by taking a test light to the two large terminals when the pump should be running in only power on one side and not the other it is then bad.

Is this not the brand/model information?

I'm not sure how to respond to each comment, so I'll just post here. I can't maneuver close enough to see a label on the solenoids to determine any information. I had a mobile mechanic out months ago to try and fix it, but he didn't have the right solenoid, and couldn't determine which it was either. The solenoid I circled has a post missing, which is why I suspect this to be the overall issue.

If I bought both parts from your tipsheet LT Dan, and try them each in place of the broken one, would that be a safe place to start?

The master solenoid has a wire from the battery, the pump solenoid has a wire going to the pump.

oh! ok so the solenoid in question appears to have a cable from the battery, and two others to/from the other solenoid and pump.

That sounds like it's the master solenoid. Test it with the procedure I put in the PDF file sent earlier. You can also use heavy duty wire to jumper the two large terminals and see if that makes it work. If it's defective the jumper will bypass it and make the pump wire hot.

I agree with Lt. Dan.
Before removing ANY wires, take a picture of the wiring configuration. (don't ask why)
I replaced both the master solenoid for the leveling system and the secondary solenoid for the HWH slide mechansim, and the motor because the secondary solenoid stuck closed and let the smoke out.
