Help identifying motorhome

Can anyone help this guy identify his new to him motorhome. He says he thinks it's a 99 Mountain Aire, but does not look like a 99 Newmar. Has a Spartan chassis and Detroit engine.
Here is the like to his Facebook post.

Doesn't he have a title with a VIN? Does it match the motor home? Any name on the body or manufacturer badges? Anything on the horn button or seat belts, anywhere on the dash? Paint color codes or safety warnings in cupboards with a manufacturer name?
