Help identifying this part - 1997 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 35

Need help identifying this part. It's under the drivers side wheel well. Machanic who is working on my RV has replaced power steering pump, etc. and says this part is likely problem - but we can't identify it to search and replace. Any ideas anyone! Thanks!!!

Wait a minute...your mechanic says that part is likely the problem, but he doesn't know what that part is?

What chassis do you have Ford or Chevy? I have a Ford and I did not see anything like that on my MH. If it's a Chevy maybe do a google search on the steering sector parts. I agree with 4x4van. I think maybe he's a parts changer until he finds the problem. That part looks like it could be some type of a valve restrictor?? Good luck and keep us posted.

My WAG .... looks like some kind of brake booster, the hose in front with a hose clamp is either low psi or vacuum. Also looks like it's got high pressure lines on the other side that may use power steering to supply psi?
Is MH a gasoline engine?

Honestly, I have no idea

Looks to me like a hydroboost unit. GM used them on many vehicles. It uses power steering for brake assist instead of vacuum booster. Common on HD trucks like duallies.
