Help! No power!

We cannot get anything of the 12v lights etc to work unless we are plugged in to shore. The aux battery disconnect doesn't make an audible click like the main disconnect does. We have tried replacing the solenoid and the circuit breakers inside the bcc. Still nothing. Could the rocker switch be bad?

Get a meter and track the voltage from the battery to the distribution panel. There is a big relay and fuse or breaker that can be open. There may be other things. Without more data you are just throwing parts at the problem with no idea why.

When you plug into shore power your Converter is supplying 12 volts to all the 12 volt circuits. When you disconnect the House Batteries supply 12 volts to all those circuits so your Battery power is not getting to 12 volt circuits. Start at the Battery and check for voltage then follow the line to see where the problem is occurring.
