Help please

Looking at 07 Itasca Ellipse 40TD 400DP Cummins, Freightliner Evolution Chassi, very clean, looks new inside and out, has 60K miles, going to get 6 new michelin tires included, just completed a complete service, corian counters, 1 almost full side slide and 1 slide in bedroom, fireplace (electric), outside entertainment center, leather, front kitchen, walk through bath, real nice. . . . took it for a drive, rides very nice. 142K. Anyone with any comments? Good deal or ??? From a very reputable company. 30 day warranty. I really like it! Would like to make a decision by tomorrow...... if get enough feedback. Thanks to everyone in advance.

I think the price is too high.

Look to see what others are selling for, and reference low retail from nada below:

That's probably a average retail price? Brand new tires means a lot.

The Ellipse is right nice coach and the price is in the ballpark, neither high nor low. Not what I would call a great deal, but ok. I would try to bargain them down a bit, but that's up to you.

Right, from the dealer, wholesale tire price is about $500.00 - $600.00 per tire. As opposed to $800.00/tire plus install.

The $142K is complete tax, etc. out the door price. If it makes any difference to your comment. You are right, the Ellipse is a right nice coach. I agree, if I can bargain them down a bit - I will be much more content.

The ad noted above says 1 air conditioner. That can't be right!?

The link redbaron73 sent has less options and is worse condition.

The one I am looking at has basement A/C, fireplace, is in like new condition. Very well cared for.

Again, the $142K is out the door price, tax included 6 new Michelin Tires. 40ft Itasca Ellipse 40TD 400cummins DP front kitchen, fireplace, leather etc. as stated above. And the dealer will go through everything on Coach prior to delivery - included in price, everything will be in working order or replaced/repaired.

Well, maybe it's right if it is basement air. Not familiar with it.

Dave, Looks like a real nice coach, we looked at the Ellispe 42 and Tour. This deal sounds good to me, i'm sure as others have said that a better price may be there, however with new tires, warranty, sounds like the seller is working with you. And as you said you really like it. Good luck and let us know what you decide.
