Exclamation Help Please with EMS... and Happy Thanksgiving!!

I have an EMS‑LCHW50 and need to do the bypass. I found the blue jumper wire but don't know what to jumper it to. Trying to cook Thanksgiving dinner and DW is getting nervous with the power coming and going .... Can anyone help me?
Disclaimer, I understand the risk and am willing to take my chances.
Please reply or PM me!!

Thank you!

PS
I tried calling Progressive (open 24/7, 365 days) but the answering machine said they are closed until Monday and gave me no opportunity to leave a message for call back. I also emailed them and have not heard back from anyone.

Are you SURE there is not a problem with the incoming/pedestal power?
Has it displayed any error codes?

Just low voltage.
I'm willing to live with that if my power would simply quit cutting out once an hour.

Does anyone know how to jumper the blue wire on this?
Thanks.

I would go to the generator if necessary. We also turn off unnecessary loads with low voltage at the pedestal.

Running some electronics on low voltage can cause serious damage. I agree that it's better to run the generator.

If you are staying at a park I would complain to the management and see if there is another spot that has more reliable power. They may have several lines that service several areas of the park.

Low voltage is not a reason to bypass this protection device, it is designed to protect your equipment and your wallet. Product failure is the only reason to use the bypass in my opinion.
I also hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day!

I cant find info in the manual on how to use the blue jumper.
But they mention a bypass switch on the side of the unit.
Check all around for a bypass switch.

Can you plug into a different pedestal?
Good luck,
Dan

At about 3 minutes 45 seconds into this video he will explain how to bypass it. As far as the bypass switch, it is a option that you have to buy.
