Hitch-mount Cargo / Bike Racks

Do any of you all run with one of these type of racks? I am looking for a way to haul the kids bikes and maybe a 20 lb propane tank. Obviously I wouldn't get anywhere near that 500 lb weight rating but might put a couple hundred on there.

I don't use one now but I have in the past.

I use this one to haul our adult trikes on.
It works well, very solid.
