Horizon no start

Have 2002 horizon Itasca with cat power. I replaced all batt. and volt reads good (13.2 chassis )&(13.1 house).Checked all fuuses good. Trans. in neutral,when I turn start switch ,I have no dash or warn lights and no start. Can hear relays click,front and rear.Can barely see the two relays on the frame close to the batt.. Hoping some has picture & wire ,cable callout so I can jumper to check out them and starter.

First post I see. Sorry your having problems.
If your coach is on a Freightliner chassis , with Cat power , you will have an in-line fuse , between the chassis batteries and the engine ECM. The fuse supplies the ECM power for memory function , and the no bulb check , when you turn on the key is an indication that the fuse is probably blown.

For wiring diagrams and schematic for your chassis . Call Freightliner's free help line , and ask about joining " Access Freightliner" and you can get online access to down load info on wiring and parts for your chassis. Have your serial number handy.

If you replaced all batteries , double check that all the wiring is hooked up, the small wire with the in-line fuse would be easy to miss.
I have replaced the starter relay twice on my coach , due to a no crank condition, and would send you the P/N but your newer chassis may use a different part.

just to keep you up to date. freightliner changed their access fheightliner web site to DTNAconnect.com . they say it may take a few days to get set up. tks
