Hot water Pressure/ Volume Issue

2019 Entegra Vision.
Issue with hot water inadequate pressure.
Water trickle, weak pressure.
All fixtures.
Outside shower valves are in off postion.
Hot water tank water is hot. Can feel temp on brass relief valve fitting.
Help needed.

Yeap, clogged check valve at the tank exit pipe. It doesn't take a lot of hard water to gum it up.
