The Solenoid?? is not for charging house batteries on shore power.

Your inverter/charger should be directly connected to the house batteries.

It needs 120 volt power from shore/generator power to switch to charge mode.

Start by looking at the main breaker panel for tripped breakers. Should be a inverter " In " breaker.

Next find the inverter/charger and check for breakers on it. May be one or two, switch type or push to reset type, hidden on one of the sides. The owners manual will show location.

If you don't have the manual, it can be downloaded online, by finding the brand and model on it.
