How much and who do you give it to? Wash teams at BB useually have half a dozen people. Tip everyone, or just the guy that that comes to your window when in line?

... and if you tip in advance and still get unsatisfactory results... then what?

I have tipped the guy that comes to the window which I assume is the supervisor as soon as I get their. I have seen him whistle to the other workers and hold up the money to show there's a tip coming.
