I am just having fun pointing out that full time living in an RV, or on a boat, cannot be done legally. You outlaw you!

Whether or not you're just having fun is irrelevant.
Saying that full-time living in an RV cannot be done legally is flat out ludicrous!
Having your RV plate number listed on your drivers license complies with the REAL ID Act because that's where you actually live, despite not being tethered to a particular plot of land. That's how Florida interprets the law, and properly trained clerks at the DMV will issue licenses this way.
The address on my license is my residential address. It's not my mailing address. That's why I use a mail forwarding service.
Not only does the Florida DMV accommodate full-time travelers, so do County Clerks and Supervisors of Elections. No outlaws here, Goose. Just law-abiding Floridians.
