I have a Samsung refrigerator, model RF18HFENBSR, in my 2015 Bounder that requires service that might require access to the rear of the refrigerator.

Can anyone tell me how it is secured

so I can get access to the back of the refrigerator?

I would start with removing that panel at the bottom. My guess it's secured from inside that panel.

I don't believe Samsung was installed OEM in any RV. They were popular as a replacement for absorption type refrigerators like Norcold. This one must have been installed by a previous owner.
As suggested, remove the lower front grill and look for large screws installed in the legs at the corners. Also inspect above the fridge for a removable trim panel along the wood trim that would cover a possible top mount.

Is there access from the outside? Look there for screws or lag bolts.

Looks the same as my '16.
The top panel comes off with the 4 screws behind the little screw nib covers.
The plug will be there. There is a board screwed in that holds the refer down so it doesn't tip. That's all for the top.
The bottom little shelf thingie is held in with 2 screws. Remove them and then the shelf thingie can be wiggled out.
Then the front refer wheels sit in a slot. Lift the refer a bit then slide forward.
I built a little adapter so I can slide the refer right out into it. It is level with the raised refer and it has wheels so when it is out it can be moved easily.

Yes, these Samsungs come from the factory in Fleetwood products so the person who said they don't come stock is 100% incorrect.

Also, what service? I had to do some service on mine and it was all done from the front. There are two things maybe needed from the back. There are new drain thingies if you drain is clogging in the refer compartment. Then the refer might not be defrosting and some say it needs a board. I didn't and simply needed a booster to help defrosting the cooling unit. Again, all done from the front. I think I did a post on it over last summer. But last summer was not a good time and my memory may not be correct on the posting part.

Another reader who had a factory-installed residential refrigerator in his unit wrote, “My reefer warranty expired and they sent me an application for an extended one-year warranty for $38. When I got it, the fine print said VOID if used in a recreational vehicle.” If you’re considering going for a residential unit, by all means, READ THE FINE PRINT.

Just a suggestion to look for (I have no idea how yours is anchored) - I saw a video by AZ RV Expert on youtube and he replaced an RV fridge with a residential fridge. This is how he anchored the fridge.

Edit: the Samsung RF18 in my RV has been running flawlessly and continually since Jan 2018. I have had zero problems. I removed it from it's cubby a few months ago and vacuumed off the coils - which are only accessible from the back.

I have some great news I'd like to share. My Samsung model RF18HFENBSR was designed to access the coils and fan from inside, eliminating the need to remove the refrigerator from within the enclosure. The most difficult task to diagnosing and correcting the problem has been to find a competent service company.

Fortunately, a found a service expert from Atlas Home Experts, in Georgetown, TX who knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the problem. He showed me exactly what was going wrong, showing me the symptoms and explaining the underlying cause.

In my case the total cost is $550 and I'm waiting a two days for parts to arrive but I am totally stoked to have found this guy. Samsung was no help getting me hooked up with expert service and LaMesa RV in Tucson (which I like) wanted $300 just to extract the refrigerator from the enclosure.

I am grateful, both to have found a real service expert to fix the problem and because the repair was accessible from within the the refrigerator. A sensor and heater coil needed replacing. It took tow days to get in parts and the whole fix was about $550. I'm a full timer so I travel all over the west. I couldn't even get a referral to a repairmen in Tucson from Samsung. I did discover that, when they do send a service guy, they are not qualified to deal with any but the most simple issues.
