I used a professional steam carpet cleaner, they improved it but did not work it as hard as I would have. I bought a hand held Bissel carpet cleaner machine and used diluted bleach and was able to get most of it out. Test any product your going to use in an out of the way place.

I recently used it to remove water stains from my front pleated drapes caused by a leaky side window. Took three cycles of soak/wash/dry to get it all out but there is no sign of water stains now.
That's what I did on my prior coach. Took a half dozen applications and came out great.

A 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide sprayed lightly over the stain then blotted with white towel worked well for me on a stain much like the OP’s. You may have to repeat process a couple of times

Oxy-clean is Hydrogen peroxide and carbonate. In liquid it is probably close to the same strength.
