Only if your leveling system is HWH brand; the new style springs have tapered ends. Each HWH model requires different springs, selected by using this HWH chart

As to retraction times, this pdf from HWH tells all. The retraction times surprised me the first time I read the paper.

Those retraction times are ridiculous. Springs are easy to find and easy to spec, and probably cheaper than HWH. McMaster is a good place to start.

Before you do that fully extend the cylinders, you'll probably have to do it manually. Block the motor home and clean the rod, mke sure it isn't pitted or damaged. You should really do all of them, WD40 and clean rags.

Did you read the HWH pdf for retraction times in the link I provided? Depending on temperature 10min is OK..

Have you ever lubricated your jacks? I spray mine with WD40 at least once a year if not more.

My comment was directed to the times in the link. The PDF says 18 minutes is OK for mine, I disagree. There are a lot of spring suppliers that will have heavier springs. I'd install them.

This will help ID your leveling system.
