You need to list the model # of your hwh system ie., 610 .....i would start at the unit and check for power, safety switch....to panel.

Contact AZPETE on the Irv2 form. He works, or worked, for HWH and can answer your questions. His email is pfmaddox@att.net and his phone number is 602-549-3638.

My 725 system just quit during retraction. No panel lights, no motor running with jacks 3/4 way up. Power to solenoid but the motor would not run. Checked all the fuses located close to the manifold all good. Finally started trying to move wires in case one was loose. There was one, yep the ground wire. The nut was just screwed down enough to make it look tight. Tighten the nut and all is great. This is the second time it quit, but started back once I check the fuse. I though it might be corrosion on a fuse, but must have been the loose ground. If you check the forum for HWH issues the first thing you should check is the GROUNDS. This might not be your problem but worth checking if you haven't.

Not sure it's wired right?
Did it ever work?
You might check parking brake switch
