HWH 310 Leveling System jack not dropping

One of my leveling jacks will not drop to verticial when using the extend button. I can manually extend the jack to vertical by hand. Then the jack will extend to the ground by pushing the extend button. All other jacks seem to operate properly. All jacks will go to store position when pressing store button. What likely is the problem with this jack?

Hello and . We are glad to have you join us and look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy the website and forums. Good luck, stay save and keep us posted.
The first thing I would try is to clean and lubricate the assembly. The small piston on the jack is the one that is extended to kick the jack down. You could have a back one.
