hwh 625 leveling system

I have a 2004 tiffin phaeton with 625 leveling system, Jacks will not extend in manual mode, pump does run, I followed the troubleshooting manual all the way to led 33 not coming on when grounded, things worth noting, this was an intermittent problem initially, also when trying the automatic mode, the pump comes on for about 2 seconds and I get the excess slope light, jacks never even moved. I did open one of the solenoids and the jack did try and extend so I'm assuming the shuttle valve is working. Help please

How good are your house batteries? Often, if house batteries are on the low or weak side, jacks won't work , or all won't cone down, or some similar scenario. May want to check voltage doing a load teat.

Are air bags dumping in manual mode?

yes the air dumps in both manual and automatic, I did notice that the led #31 for the 3000psi switch turns on while attempting to lower the jacks (this may be normal as the pump comes on but no solenoids open up, so I'm assuming that pressure has to go somewhere.

I have a different model HWH but on mine light #33 not on is because there is no ground in the wire from a pressure switch, so I would check pressure when pump is running.
Down load the manual for your model and do the trouble checks in order

HWH has the manual here https://www.hwhcorp.com/ml54800_srvc.pdf

Yes I have the manual and followed the troubleshooting steps, the end result points to a defective control board, but I'm not convinced the board is bad. I'm wondering why the excess slope light comes on when I try auto leveling, the air will dump, the pump comes on, the jacks don't move and the excess slope light comes on in about 2 seconds.

At this point, since the troubleshooting steps indicate a bad control box. I recommend calling HWH customer service, obtaining a return for service authorization and having them test and rebuild the control box if necessary..
I've never had a control box rebuilt, but those who have say the cost is very reasonable.
