HWH 725 jacks

We have a 2018 Newmar King Aire. Have been staying in Arizona for the past 45 days. I decided to exercise the jacks. The jacks raised fine. When i went to lower the jacks again, the HWH pad has been unresponsive. There is power to the control pad. The slides are out. Any ideas of how to correct the problem?

Call HWH at (800) 321-3494. They are very responsive but it helps to have your VIN handy.

Mine have about a 20 to 30 second delay when doing an auto level if there is no air in the suspension. The system is trying to dump air, but there is none to dump. It takes a bit for the motor to engage while it goes through the dump cycle.

Maybe it's something about the slides being out. Maybe they have to be in to level? I know there has been a lot of "should the coach be on air before sending slides out" or "should I be level and on jacks before sending out the slide" conversations here in the recent past.

Do you have the manual for the HWH system? They have good troubleshooting sections. Also you can call
Paul (Azpete), he is a commercial member here that is a traveling tech for HWH and says his phone is always on. Leave a msg if he doesn't answer and he'll call you back 602-549-3638. Before you call him download the manual (if you don't already have it) for your model so you can look in the manual at the troubleshooting section.

It's after the fact now, but there is no reason to "exercise" the jacks. Read the HWH FAQ page for complete information; better yet, re-read your HWH owners manual.
