It applied to my coach and the OP's , so I thought it was worth posting.

No problem Skip, people should be aware of the time frames of service bulletins, many are temporary and replaced a technical fix as new hardware is built. This service bulletin is more a work around, than a fix.

ON my system, there is never an alarm without a corresponding led being lit. Furthermore, when we start the RV and hit the road, we have been told to press the store button by HWH. (I suppose just in case we put the key in acc to store the jacks.) Once this is done, the red store led never goes out, but I can assure you the alarm will sound with the store button on.

Blaming or pointing the finger at a customer is never a good idea in my book.
