HWH Jacks

Alot has been written about these jacks and I'm trying not to be redundant with yet another post but I need some guidance.

I have 1 jack down and 3 up at the moment. The MH is at my warehouse so no major issue but can't go anywhere until it's resolved. Im sure the fluid levels have not been checked in years so I'm attempting that first. This is my problem, I'm rolling around under the MH looking for the control unit with no success. I don't know exactly what I'm looking for either so this isn't helping.

This is a 1995 Coachman Destiny DP on a Sparton chassis, I'm following lines from one jack to the next but not seeing where they all meet. I need some suggestions here please.

The first thing you want to do is go to the web and download your manual. If you don't know the model then you may have to download a lot of them and match them with your system.

Call HWH and they will help you.

Here is the way mine works. I have the 210 manual system. I have a control box on the floor by the drivers seat that has the operator controls, an internal circuit board, and the hydraulic valves, all in the same box. The lines from the jacks come into this panel from underneath. May not be able to see the lines due to protective insulation. Then there is the pump in a chassis compartment. There a level panel some where in the center of the MH that gives electrical info to the circuit board concerning leveling.

With the control panel set for retracted jacks, you should be able to force the one jack up with a crowbar or piece of board.

Based on the limited info you provided, that is the best I can do.

The system is a series 610, I rolled under there again to attempt to locate the system. I have all the manuals to the coach including the manual for the 610 series jacks. That manual is specific to the 610 series but doesn't identify where the control box and fluid fill is located on this specific coach.

To track, the HWH main pump/resivoir, have someone run the jack system as you track the noise. Do you have an HWH manual ?
Fliud level sould only be tested with all jacks retracted. A binding seal in the stuck jack is a possibility or weak return springs, and as the other poster says it can be helped up, another post has photos of a totter that a member built to do this without crawling under.
Sorry we were typing at the same time , actual location is at the "whim " of the coach builder.

We found the unit today actually on the top of the motor. We filled the fluid to the full line but still didn't resolve the issue.

At this point is lowering 1 drivers side front jack as opposed to both drivers side at a time. That 1 jack is the only one working and we were unable to get it raised. We had to use a jack to get it retracted. Who knows??

I did call HWH and they took my number and said it would be an estimated 10 days for a return call.
