They couldn't get mine apart to rebuild it, but by now they had a rebuilt one in stock, they shipped it, I got it installed, now everything works fine. Cost me about $168.

hwh does sell to retail customers. just use service@hwh.com. give a brief description of your problem, and a contact number. they will call you.
because they do deal with retail customers, and with a limited number of techs, it may take a day or so for them to get back to you. it helps to download a service manual and do a good diagnosis of your problem. it easier to get good advise if you already have a handle of the problem.
every part sold by hwh carries a year parts and labor warranty. new or rebuilt.or you can make arrangements to send in many of your components to be rebuilt. this is much cheaper than buying even rebuilt parts.
