HWH jacks wonít store

04 Winnebago journey 39k diesel pusher when the engine is running I push the store button. The store light flashes as it should and I hear a quick not very loud phss sound similar to air bleeding off the air ride but nothing happens. The fluid level is fine. All seems normal but seems like maybe a valve is not releasing any ideas how to get the jacks to store. The jacks are down currently

Welcome to iRV2 .

Sorry your first post is about problems .

The AP# , is not your HWH series number , was that # on the key pad ?.
Do you have the operators manual ?
I'm thinking you'll have a 625 or 725 series .

Getting the correct operators manual from the HWH site will help , the manual as diagnostics .

Welcome to HWH Corporation

The up/down arrows are seemingly backwards. The up/down arrow indicates the direction the coach moves, not the jacks.

Practically any question you can ask about your HWH system is answered on their FAQ page.

To manually retract the jacks, use the T-handles on the pump manifold. Open them one at a time with engine and jack system panel off. The springs will pull the jack into the store position, then close the T-handle - DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!
This does not solve the problem, it is an emergency measure to store the jacks.
When you push the on button once does the panel light up? When you push the on button twice does it go into automatic leveling sequence and the motor begin running?

The panel lights as it has for the past couple years I’ve owned the coach. And when I hit the store button the store light starts flashing like it’s storing the jacks but nothing happens. I attempted turning the t post until they got tight, I did all 3 but no change. The up arrows still move the coach up but nothing if I hit the down

Three solenoids ? does your coach have HWH hydraulic slide drive ?

There should be four solenoids for the 4 jack system , but they maybe hidden if you have the hydraulic slide mechanism .

ok, it sounds like one tee handle has already broken off. try this. shut the engine off.
go outside to the pump.

on top of the jack manifold, there are 4 of what look like 9/16 brass nuts. these are check valve caps. loosen one and let a small amount of fluid out.
listen closely, and you should hear a click. thats the shuttle valve shifting up to the retract position.
tighten the cap up. go inside, turn the key to accessory, and hit the store button. the jacks should retract.
dont use the jacks again until you get a new shuttle valve installed.
please call me at 602 549 3638. i vn help.
