HWH joystick-controlled 210-series leveling system - intermittent functioning

We recently started having an intermittent problem with our HWH leveling system (joystick-controlled 210-series).

We're in a 2001 Rexhall Aerbus XL3250 with one slide.

The indicator lights on the leveling system sometimes flutter, or work, or don't come on at all. The fuse in the control panel area is fine. Concurrent with the lights the jacks/slide either function or not.

We had a tech look at it Friday afternoon and he's unsure of exactly what is wrong. He thinks the solenoid likely needs to be replaced, and possibly more but not sure.

Any experience with this out there? Ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!

Not sure of my HWH model compared to yours but mine did same thing the problem on mine was an intermittent connection below the cover in the picture. If u unscrew the black knobs and the 4 screws, underneath the cover are 3 springs that make 12v connections from below to the top panel. One of the springs was not contacting the base like it should. I just pulled the springs gently and made them a little longer and that solved thr problem. If your fuse block on the panel is not getting +12v during the event it’s probably the springs if yours is like mine. Hop u get it working soon.

I recall an old post with a similar issue that traced to the box below the floor being cracked and flexing when the control sticks were moved.

I'll see if I can track it down.

EDIT; You could see if any info in these posts could be of any help.
