HWH leveler issues

I have a 2004 Dutch Star. My levelers appear to be working fine; however, after I raise my levelers to leave a campground (the control panel indicates that I'm in travel mode) most if not all of the other lights are still illuminated/blinking and continue to do this for about 1 mile after I leave. I've called HWH technical support for assistance but their reps are weeks behind in responding. Is there a simple solution to this problem or will I have to take it in for servicing?

On my '04 Mountain Aire a green light indicates travel mode. When it appears I still see yellow lights, which indicate a low side. Are there still Red Jack lights on when the green light is on?

Search for a member named Paul Maddox, his user name is "Az Pete". He works for HWH and is a tremendous asset for our members. It may take him a day to respond, but he will get back to you.

That is normal operation on my motorhome. The HWH system turns itself off after a few minutes. I used to push the off button as soon as it showed the jacks all up in the travel position but when I pulled a long hill or went up in elevation I had one jack alarm come on and it would be down about an inch. When I called HWH they said not to turn it off but to let it turn off on it’s own because when you turn it off manually it closes the exhaust for the hydraulics and when a line heats up and the fluid expands it lowers the jack since fluids cannot be compressed. I haven’t had a problem since. Hope this helps.

x3 Contact Paul at AZPETE on the Irv2 forum. He works for HWH and can answer your questions. His email is pfmaddox@att.net and his phone number is 602-549-3638. He is a Commercial Member and has posted that his phone is always on, and if not answered, leave a message.

He has helped others on this forum and I am sure he can help you.

Thanks to everyone for your responses. A representative from HWH responded to me and based on the discussion it was concluded my issues is one or more of the following: short in the electrical harness. electrical connection issue, compromised control panel. Now its time to get it fixed!
