HWH leveling not working

Hello Everyone! Thanks for letting me join the page. I have a 2008 mountain aire with the hwh auto level system and this weekend it is not working. When i hit auto level the red light just blinks it doesn’t dump the air like it usually does. I have read the forums on here and searched for the 40 amp fuze everywhere but i can’t find it. I have power to the control box and to the master relay solenoid but i have no power coming through the master relay. Also my front hood extend is powered by the same system and it was not working either i pushed the button about 20 times and it finally came out but now i can not get it back in. When i push the hood extend or auto level i hear the solenoid clicking but that is it. I have checked the system ground lug it was greasy, i have cleaned it and reattached it. Still no luck

make sure your park brake is set. then try dumping the air and leveling it manually.

if that works, you have either a jack pressure switch, touch pad or control box issue.
first, download and print a service manual for your leveling system. it should be a 625 one touch system. when the park brake is not set, only the store will work.
when you turn the key on or to acc, the master relay will activate, and you will have power on both studs. there will also be power to one of the studs on the pump relay.
wire number 6100 and 6800 supplies power to the control box. there isnt a 40 amp fuse in this system.

led 35 should be lit if the park brake is set. park brake signal to the box is on wire 9000. see control box wiring diagram.
if you need a service manual, send me your email address. pfmaddox@att.net
i can help.

Cleaning the ground connections is a good start, but often not sufficient. The ground terminal itself is probably corroded and connection to the frame is poor.

When I had this problem 2 years ago, I had to add a new ground to that terminal. I used 10ga wire and found a bolt on the frame to use. I cleaned this new bolt and scrapped the frame and attached the new wire. My system has been working flawlessly ever since.
