Hwh problem 2

Still having issues with my HWH system. Does anyone know how to get the correct number for an HWH motor for their coach. I believe I have the 325 system.

Your motor should have a sticker on it with the style number. Notice that one has "08053" which is the last 5 digits of the actual motor number.

I suspect most HWH leveling systems use the same motor. I have a 610 central-ground leveling system. This is an exact replacement for my motor.

I think they have other motor numbers that match HWH motor style numbers. For instance, that/my motor has only one electric connection stud, the motor frame provides the ground.
They have another style with 2 electrical posts for pos,and neg.
My new motor has bearings and it is so quiet compared to the old one that had bushings, I have to listen to hear it running, the slide-room just goes in/out with little noise now.

Contact Paul at AZPETE on the Irv2 forum. He works for HWH and can answer your questions. His email is pfmaddox@att.net and his phone number is 602-549-3638. He is a Commercial Member and has posted that his phone is always on, and if not answered, leave a message.

He has helped others on this forum, including me, and I am sure he can help you.

Getting replacement parts may be hard. I have a leaking seal on one of mine. Ordered a replacement months ago and am still waiting to hear when I might receive one. Guess HWH is more interested in delivering new units to manufacturers then servicing existing customers.

I found the motor number via Stuarts Systems. They sent me the new replacement, which looks way different but works fine. Thanks for all your info. Anybodh that has issues finding parts, try Stuarts. Big help.

If you don't mind, what did Stewarts charge for a replacement motor? Like I said, I paid $194 for an identical motor made by the same company.
