HWH problems Jacks won't let down

Ok the system was working and one of my jacks stuck. I tried opening the valve to that jack only to find all 4 valves already in the open position. So I finally in order to get the jack up, loosened the hose going to the jack itself down at the jack. that allowed me to push the jack back up, by the hardest, but I got it up. So I close all the t handles on the valves as the instructions implied they should be run closed. The system started to level when I tried again and the same jack stuck. Then the whole coach dropped all at once except for the stuck jack. So I rebled the line at the jack and got it back up. now the jacks wont let down, manuel auto or any other way. You can hear the pump running but there is nothing moving. The tank checked ok on fluid. Any thoughts? Is it air in the system? IdK I have been beating the internet, got a call in to HWH, but it might be 5 weeks for a tech to call they say. Any ideas?

I correspond with HWH by email. Which I find faster than by phone. I have had issues with Jacks not going up so I carry a 5' 2x4 to apply pressure from below, it has always worked. HWH is very helpful.

Follow the troubleshooting section of the HWH manual. It is helpful and basically what the tech rep will have you do when you connect w them.

T handles normally closed and opened in pairs to allow front or rear Jack's to retract. If still not able to pry up next step is to open several of the top plugs...if that allows jack to be pried up problem likely the shuttle valve needs replacing.

If jack still not retracting remove top hose to see if it retract or still needs to be pried up...if still needs to pried it is likely in the cylinder and will need to be sent in for rebuild or a new one ordered for replacement.

Been there before and working through the troubleshooting myself this week on an older unit I'm selling.
New cylinder just ordered.

Thanks. I got the jack up that was stuck, had to loosen the line at the jack. After that it tried to lower and auto level, but that jack stuck again and the coach fell it seemed a few inches pretty hard. Jack still stuck. got it up now none will go down.

Thanks I am awaitng Hwh to send me a letter from a tech, to set up a talk to him.

Mine jack was stuck in the down position. I pried it up with a 2x4 and block. RV repair place fixed it later - said there was a leak in the line.

BTW, the recommended WD-40 soak treatment works for slow retracting jacks. Mine retract much faster now. It is my understanding that HWH recommends this, but I am not 100% on that.

The sudden drop is normal if you hit the "Store" button and have it jacked up a bit for level. They offer "velocity valves" that slow the drop if you want to add that to avoid the "drop".

Its probably the shuttle valve. It allows hydro fluid to return to the tank. Had similar problem this spring. Since i replaced it they work great.
