HWH Service

Just want to give a big "Thank You" to

HWH Replacement Parts - Stuart's Services

Stuarts Service a "HWH Master Service Center"

Our jacks failed to extend on a week long trip during Independence Day. We had to live with no slide out in our one slide 2000 Alpine Coach with the "Big Dog".

Patty found Stuarts on the web (they were closed the week of Independence Day)
I called on Monday the 8th, only once, and talked to Chuck. He had me check for voltage and also loosen the t-handle on one of the solenoids to see if it would extend.
Having done that, on only my second call, with very little wait time, he felt that it could be the shuttle valve. Being 160 miles away I said "let's try it." Chuck mailed it out the SAME DAY!
It arrived the next day!! I replaced it today and my jacks work again. Chuck could have said, "I need to see it" and made Patty and me an appointment.
We have very rarely had RV service if ever like Stuarts. If you are in the area and need work, be sure to look them up!!

Yup, Chuck is a good egg. I bought a complete pump/reservoir/motor assy from him and he's very knowledgeable.
