HWH Slides and Jacks inoperable
I have a 2004 Winnebago Adventurer 35'. I went out today to open up the slides and lower the jacks and nothing happened. Not a click or sound. There is power to the jack controls. I had just retracted the jacks and slides a few days ago and all was well. Brake is set and plenty of power in the battery. I checked all the fuses I could find. Is there anything I am missing?
Thanks!

There are individual fuses for each of the solenoids. You need to remove the cover to access them.
I once had issues with them when my solenoids went bad.

I checked all the fuses in the control box. all are good. Just took the fill cap off and found that the fluid level is low. I will get some fluid in the morning but does that stop the system from working?
thanks!

Had the same thing happen turned out to be the motor on the pump had gone bad. Found one on the internet from other than HWH for about 100 bucks. Was an easy fix about one hour to change the motor out.

We also had the same problem. Leveling jacks and front slides would not work. We also have rear slides that did retract, but they are electric. The issue ended up being the hydraulic motor. Ours was replaced under warrantee.

Check the power post connections to the motor, both postive and negative. Sometime using the battery boost switch will help give enough power to the motor. The cable connections and fuses are something easy to check. Those ground connections can cause problems at anytime, make sure they are clean and tight!

Just a thought... I had the same problem until I set the parking brake . Sometimes the simplest thing is an answer.
After re-read I see you have checked that...may be the switch though...

The problem ended up being the solenoid that engages the pump. It just went bad. Once replaced all works well.
Thanks for all your insights.

there is no substitute for a service manual. fred does a great job writing these manual and gives a step by step for diagnosing your problem. the hwh website is full of information about any of their produsts or systems, and their help line is great for assistance. a little patience is required if you call and are put on hold. the best way to get a response is by email. service@hwh.com. a brief description and a phone number works best. i can help too. azpete@att.net service rep for hwh.

Happy to read that your problem is solved.

Pass on to your fellow employees that I give your company afive star rating for customer support. Probably the best support from any company I have done business with. After a blowout took out my hwh harnesses I thought it would cost thousands. 120 worth of parts later I was back on the road. Not the first time I have been helped!
