HWH spacemaker slide issue.

Ok my 2004 Roseair, the bedroom slide is giving me issues. When extending, the top remains in about 2" after bottom is completely extended. I push it out and it is fine. It is the same going in,the top remains out about 1-2" and I have to pull the facial and it comes in.

Is this some sort of adjustment I can make or is this a common problem?

Good luck! My coach sat at a master tech location for 3 months waiting on parts from HWH. Finally got it back two weeks ago. They've got a huge backlog.
