Hydraulic Jack's Won't Go Up

I have a 2004 Winnebago sightseer am I hydraulic jack won't go up this morning. I check the fluid and I put a quart in. Everything's coming on lights are on everything but it's not making the noise normally as it's bring them up. It does look like it's turning on. I'm not sure what's going on

The parking brake light isn't on.... Do you need the parking brake to be engaged to use the jacks...???

What are the loose wires hanging under the control panel...??

I am not familiar with your system. However, unless the jacks are double-acting and the reservoir was empty, be prepared for a reservoir overflow after adding fluid with the jacks down. When they retract, the fluid in the hydraulic cylinders will return to the reservoir. Harbor Freight has a cheap extraction pump you can use to avoid the mess, if there will be one.

(I very nearly made this mistake myself when working on my leveling system and checked the fluid with the jacks down. I had the fluid container in my hand, and was about to get a funnel when I realized what I was about to do.)

Will the jack fluid pump run , if you try and raise the coach ?

If not you could try tapping the motor with a stick , or have someone operate the system from the panel while you see if the control solenoids are feeding power to the motor.

Bypassing the controller

Here are the instructions to bypass the controller, in case it's the issue.
This only works if you have the jumper harness of course.

If the parking brake were off, the P brake light would be flashing. And the ignition needs to be on or in accy.
