2003 diesel Holiday Rambler. Had to replace one of the major hydraulic lines feeding the power steering and radiator fan by roadside service! Don't ask how much this cost!! My question is should I have the other lines replaced even if they don't show wear? How long do these hoses typically last?

Ha! Told you not to ask. Just let me say it took them as long to find the hose as it did to find the leak, take the hose off and then replace. Would have been cheaper to have it towed. Now you went and got me started!

I do not know if you have anyone in your area that can make Hyd, hoses.
I would at least have them inspected.
If you are going to replace them I recommend you look up Bird's Radiator and Hydraulics Web site they are in Waxahachie, Tx. I was in their shop a several years ago on an unrelated issue with our old Motorhome. They appeared to have equipment to make or repair any tube or hose.

I have had hoses fabricated at NAPA, good hose and reasonable.

Any major parts center or implement dealer near ag country makes and stocks all sizes of hydraulic hoses. As far as life they can go a long time out of the weather, however if they flex a lot then the life is shorted accordingly. We have had many last over 20 years and a few that didn't. If you plan on keeping the coach you probably should at least check the others for any kind of wear.

If the roadside repair cost anything like I think it did I would replace the others that are close to radiator area while u can under controlled conditions, would save you a lot of money, roadside repairs are usually double shop rates or higher.
