Hydraulic slide control power fuse location

New here trying to get some answers on a troubleshooting issue. I have a new to me 2005 Gulfstream Crescendo. It is a 4 slide unit with hydrolic leveling. The 2 main unit slides are operated by the main hydrolic system. Everything has been working fine then when trying to open the slides one went half way out then stopped and now nothing works! Jacks won't work either. Found the pump system manual and have been troubleshooting. The batteries are fully charged, I have 13.3V on both sides of the breaker, I have 13.3V to the hot side of the solenoids but nothing at the switches inside. I noticed in the manual that there is a 5amp in line fuse shown and that is step 2 on their trouble shooting guide. There is nothing on the wires leaving the motor (in the lower storage) untill it enters the bundle and goes into the coach. I have looked in the curb side panels and all of the bedroom unit fuse location and I can't find anything.

Any help locating this fuse or troubleshooting the issue would be greatly appreciated!

What is the model of your HWH system? Mine has a 40A fuse near the motor/tank/solenoids assy.
