Hydro Hot Zone Not Working

I have a 2005 Alpine Coach, the Hydro Hot unit has all green lights on the control panel, so I assume all zones should be working. However, 1 zone is blowing cold. What could be the cause?

Check the zone 1 pump to make sure it is working. If so, tap the brass check valve near the pump with a small hammer to see if it is stuck. A stuck check valve will prevent the heated coolant from circulating.

If you've owned the unit for some time and this zone worked in the past then most likely a zone pump or the check valve. We had a zone that didn't work from day one. Turned out to be a kink in the PEX line for that zone.
